Will I be charged for a price quote?

An initial price estimate will be given at no charge.  With larger projects, accurate pricing will require involvement of subcontractors in order to compile a complete estimate.  Building materials cost can fluctuate and therefore affect the accuracy of pricing given to a customer.  Depending on complexity of work under consideration, many hours can be spent compiling pricing information but every attempt will be made to acquire such without cost.  No customer will be invoiced for estimating labor without receiving notice that our estimating hourly quota has been reached.   Future estimating hours spent will be billed at an agreed upon hourly rate.
